The JDM Legend Arrives: Mazda RX-7 VeilSide Fortune Joins Permanent Stock

From its unforgettable role in 2000s Tokyo car culture to its dramatic VeilSide bodywork, the Mazda RX-7 Fortune has become a true JDM icon. Here is how the real car's unmistakable character has been recreated as a brick-built display model now joining BRICKORA's permanent range.

A Defining Icon of Street Racing Culture

Few cars have left such a distinctive mark on modern car culture as the Mazda RX-7 VeilSide Fortune. After appearing in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift as Han Seoul-Oh's signature car, its sweeping bodywork and orange-and-black finish became instantly recognisable to enthusiasts around the world.

Beneath that transformation sits the third-generation FD3S RX-7, but the Fortune body kit gives it an identity all its own. The reshaped front, widened stance and dramatic rear wing turn an already celebrated Japanese sports car into something closer to a road-going concept car.

From Cinema Icon to Permanent Stock

BRICKORA has added the Mazda RX-7 VeilSide Fortune, Stock No. 018, to its permanent range. Designed in an eight-stud-wide Speed Champions-style format, the model translates the car's low stance, fixed headlight treatment, deep front splitter and oversized rear wing into a compact display build.

The Real Car and Its Brick-Built Tribute

Placed alongside the real car, the inspiration is clear. The model uses layered orange and black elements to recreate the Fortune's dramatic proportions while retaining the clean, purposeful shape expected from a display model at this scale.

Built to Reward a Closer Look

The exterior shape may create the first impression, but the smaller details complete the model. An open view of the cockpit reveals the steering wheel, instrument display, gear selector and contrasting seat details, all framed by the sweeping black roofline and rear wing.

Factory-Sealed and Ready to Build

Every unit is supplied brand-new in its original factory-sealed box and requires full assembly. The boxed kit includes the building pieces, a printed instruction booklet and a custom sticker sheet.

Because the contents remain factory sealed, BRICKORA checks the external condition of each box before dispatch, describes any visible imperfections clearly and packs every order carefully for tracked UK delivery.
